Melonie Garbutt is a seasoned professional in organizational development and process improvement, currently serving as a Regional Success Coach at Acrisure since October 2023. Previously, Melonie owned a consultancy where significant efficiencies were implemented using Applied Epic, enhancing organizational culture. Experience includes roles as Director of Quality Control at Renegade Insurance, focusing on stakeholder relationships and process enhancements, and as an Independent Consultant and Process Trainer at Gallagher, where training for new processes was a key responsibility. Melonie's career began in education and social services, exhibiting strong skills in project management, contract negotiation, and team coordination.
