Michael Plumb has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Director of IT Support Services at Acrisure since March 2016, with previous roles including Regional IT Leader and IT Service Manager. Prior to Acrisure, Michael held the position of IT Service Manager at Autocam from September 2005 to November 2015, and served as IT Administrator at Center Manufacturing from 2002 to 2005. Michael began a military career in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant/E-5 from 1997 to 2001. Educationally, Michael attended ITT Technical Institute-Grand Rapids from 2002 to 2004 and has pursued studies at Ferris State University and Central Michigan University in the early 2000s.
