Tynae Richardson

Tynae Richardson, PHR, is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Thought Leader at Acrisure since November 2022. With prior experience as Associate Director of Diversity and Inclusion at BISSELL Homecare, Inc., Tynae developed comprehensive diversity talent acquisition strategies. At Hope Network, Tynae held roles as Human Resource Business Partner/Director and Human Resources Generalist, where strategic plans and HR functions were effectively implemented. Additional experience includes serving as Community Engagement and Events Coordinator at Stryker and Director of Human Resources Operations and Community Program Manager at network180, where foundational HR departments were built. Tynae holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Pre-Law from Michigan State University James Madison College.
