Jennifer Hanley, SHRM-CP, has worked in the Human Resources field since 2016. In that year, they held a Development Intern role at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In 2017, they held an Intern role at BAYADA Home Health Care and a Healthcare Recruiter role at Robert Half. In 2018, they moved to Montefiore Health System as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In 2019, they joined CentraState Healthcare System as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In 2021, they began their current role as Senior Human Resources Generalist at ACROBiosystems, a leading manufacturer of recombinant proteins and other critical reagents to support the development of target therapeutics, vaccines, and diagnostics.

Jennifer Hanley, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Stockton University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2017. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at William Paterson University of New Jersey, which they began in 2021.
