Boris Voskanov

Boris Voskanov is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, and performance analytics. Currently serving as Sr. Director in Software Engineering at Acronis since October 2018, Boris oversees a large CyberSecurity department, managing a diverse team of over 150 engineers and analysts while ensuring effective backlog management, strategic collaboration across multiple departments, and critical project leadership. Prior to Acronis, Boris held significant roles at Ingram Micro Cloud, where responsibilities included managing global application security assessments and implementing key security protocols, as well as leading the Advanced Research department. Early in the career, Boris gained valuable project management experience in the interactive television sector and educational technology automation. Educational credentials include an MBA from Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Belgorod Shukhov State Technology University.
