Ekaterina (Katya) Tanasieva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cloud support management and technical services. Since May 2012, Katya has held various roles at Acronis, currently serving as Senior Unit Manager for Cloud Frontline Support, where leadership of a global team of frontline cloud support engineers is paramount to delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
