Gaidar Magdanurov

Gaidar Magdanurov is the Chief Success Officer at Acronis. Gaidar was previously a Venture Partner at Runa Capital from October 2012 to August 2017. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of Microsoft Seed Fund / Local Software Ecosystem Lead from March 2007 to September 2012. Gaidar has also been a Startup Mentor at Startup Weekend / Start in Garage from January 2009 to December 2011, and a Software Engineer at The e-Journals Project from August 2005 to February 2007.

Gaidar Magdanurov has an executive education in marketing and leadership from the Schaffhausen Institute of Technology. Gaidar also has an executive education in marketing from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business. In addition, they have an executive program in venture capital from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Gaidar is also an instrument pilot from the East Coast Aero Club and a private pilot from the East Coast Aero Club. Lastly, they have a master's degree in chemistry from the Higher Chemical College.
