Steve Case

Steve Case is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various capacities within the industry. Currently, Steve serves as the Owner of Acropolis Realty Group and Acropolis Development, both since 2018 and 2015, respectively, with a focus on tenant representation for commercial and residential properties in the Syracuse area. Additionally, Steve is a Broker/Partner at Modwell since 2020 and has held the position of Senior Leasing Director at Paramount Realty Group from 2011 to 2015, where the emphasis was on brokering commercial deals and residential sales. Steve also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at Syracuse University, teaching Real Estate Principles and Development since 2014. Steve's educational background includes an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University. Notably, Steve is involved in the creation of an eco-friendly housing development named Xavier Woods, which consists of 33 contemporary single-family homes near Syracuse University.
