Heather del Plato

Heather (Hoff) Del Plato, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Acrow Bridge since February 2020. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CACI International Inc from March 2019 to February 2020, where strategic and tactical solutions were provided to support organizational growth and development for a company with approximately 1,400 employees and over $500 million in revenue. Additional experience includes senior HR roles at LGS Innovations and ECI Technology, along with managerial positions at Global Crossing, The Louis Berger Group, and Railroad Construction. Heather's educational background includes an MBA in Business Management and Marketing from Saint Peter's University and a BS in Business Administration/Management from Marywood University.
