Gemma Naylor is currently the Head of New Business at Acrylicize, where Gemma leads a multidisciplinary studio. Gemma also serves as a LDN Collective Member, bringing together teams to address built environment issues with a blend of creativity and business acumen. With a background in business development and creative consultancy, Gemma has experience in various industries such as design, architecture, and construction. Gemma studied Economics and Politics at The University of Manchester and attended The Alice Smith School in Kuala Lumpur.
