Marlène Luce

Marlène Luce is a business consultant and the current Chief of Staff at Descartes Underwriting. Marlène has a wide range of experience in the business world, having worked as an investment banking summer analyst, corporate strategy analyst, and teaching assistant. In 2018, they were a consultant intern at Roland Berger, and the following year they became a full-fledged consultant at the company. In 2019, they won the Global Case Competition at Harvard.

Marlène Luce completed their schooling at the HEC Paris, Ecole normale supérieure, Lycée Henri IV, and Lycée Paul Lapie. Marlène then went on to earn their certification from ETS Global B.V. in TOEFL iBT 111/120.

They are on a team with Edern Le Roux - Head of ILS & Cat Modelling, Vanessa Diot - Operations & Accounting Officer, and Robert Drysdale - Head, Southeast Asia. Their manager is Tanguy Touffut, Co-Founder & CEO.
