Lucy Barker began their work experience as a Waitress at Bennetts Restaurant - The Old White Hart from September 1998 to July 2003. Lucy then worked as a Temporary Administrator at DHL Freight from October 2004 to March 2005. Following this, they took on the role of Black Thunder - Promotor at Northants 96, where they promoted the radio station and worked both part-time and full-time until June 2005. In 2005, they started working at ACS Office Solutions as a General Accounts Assistant until May 2015. Finally, they joined ACS Recruitment Solutions in June 2011, initially as a Finance Manager and later as the Head of Finance starting from June 2023.
Lucy Barker attended the University of Northampton from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
