Amy Lauren Scott

Amy Lauren Scott has over 15 years of experience in technical writing and documentation, currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at ACS Technologies since October 2008. In this role, Amy has developed comprehensive documentation for diverse products, managed social media engagement, and provided disaster communication during Hurricane Matthew. Previously, Amy held positions as a Customer Support/Training Liaison and Technical Writer within the same organization, focusing on training materials, usability studies, and client interaction. Additionally, Amy is an active Election Poll Worker for Charleston County Government, Secretary, Social Media and Communications for Charleston Running Club, and has prior experience as a Technical Writer at Assurant. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing/English from Francis Marion University.
