Eric Barbry

Eric Barbry is an Avocat associé at Racine, where Eric leads the IP - IT & Data protection team. Eric is also a board member and Co-president of the legal commission at Acsel - L'association de l'économie numérique. Previously, Eric worked at Alain Bensoussan - Avocats as the Director of the "Droit du numérique" division, handling legal issues related to internet, telecom, e-commerce, information security, and personal data. Before that, Eric was an Avocat at Bitoun et Associés, focusing on internet, audiovisual, and cinema law. Eric started their career as a Juriste at Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie. Eric holds a DEA in Droit International public et privé from Université Nice Sophia Antipolis.
