Muhamad Irsyad

Muhamad Irsyad is an experienced professional in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as an Industrial Relation & Termination Management Staff at PT Acset Indonusa Tbk since March 2024. Prior to this role, Muhamad worked at PT. Lancar Wiguna Sejahtera (Lawson Indonesia) as HC Personnel Support, where responsibilities included managing employee promotions, terminations, attendance, and compliance with company regulations. Additional experience includes contributions to Shopee on the People Search Shopee Xpress Project, and internships in human resources and legal support with PT. Sahabat Jaya Sukses, Kementerian ATR/BPN Republik Indonesia, and Pengadilan Agama Kota Tasikmalaya. Muhamad holds a degree in Law from Universitas Islam Negeri Bandung, completed in 2021.
