Gina Porto

Gina Porto has been working in the talent development and staffing solutions industry since 2006. Gina began their career with AppleOne Employment Services as an Assistant Sales Manager and Regional Sales Mentor and then moved into a role as a Recruiter and Assistant Sales Manager. In 2010, they joined the ActOne Group as Vice President of Talent Development. As the Sr. Director of Talent Development & Program Management, they managed a team of sales trainers and content producers and was passionate about empowering decision-making and nurturing accountability. Gina also served as Associate Director of Talent Development and Design and as Sr. National Sales Trainer & Certified Sales Mentor Program Manager. During their tenure with AppleOne, they specialized in Direct Hire and Contract-to-Hire professional placements and was recognized for outstanding personal performance company-wide.

Gina Porto attended the University of Iowa from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Philosophy.
