Natalie Rico

Natalie Rico has been working in the field of compliance since 2014. Natalie began their career as a Claims Representative at WNC First Insurance Services in 2012, where they assisted with processing 10,000 TPA claims for Superstorm Sandy and provided administrative support to the claims department manager. In 2011, they were a Youth Ambassadors Program Supervisor at LA Conservation Corps, partnering with the City of Los Angeles Community Development Department to employ at-risk youth and providing administrative support to the Director. In 2014, they joined ActOne Group as a Compliance Program Manager and later became a Compliance Division Supervisor, Senior Team Lead managing 8 employees and handling high volume requests for national accounts. Natalie also held the roles of Lead Medical Compliance Analyst and Medical Compliance Analyst.

Natalie Rico attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art History, Criticism and Conservation.
