Shahriar Shawn Babaeian

Shahriar Shawn Babaeian has over 17 years of professional experience. Shahriar Shawn began their career in 2003 as a Nextel Communications Corporate Sales Executive, where they corresponded with prospective customers, conducted on-site assessments, administered sales presentations, managed multiple project pipelines, and received the top annual sales award in 2003 and 2004. In 2007, they joined Ventura Transit System, Inc. as Senior Manager of the Project Management Office, where they led the acquisition and merging of three new business units into one cohesive brand and location. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Director of Business Development and Operations at Yellow Cab Company, where they identified, built and maintained key partnerships with customers and vendors in multiple markets, implemented and led a continuous quality improvement process, and converted antiquated practices to adopt the Agile method. Since 2014, they have been the Vice President of Operations at ActOne Group, where their primary responsibilities are to oversee and lead multiple corporate departments, collaborate with leaders to ensure efficient operations, and review day-to-day operations to identify areas for efficiency gains and revenue generation. Shahriar Shawn also serves as the Director of the Project Management Office, where they oversee enterprise level initiatives and meets with the executive board to maintain, grow and review the company's project portfolio.

Shahriar Shawn Babaeian holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Shahriar Shawn is also a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
