Julian Fuchs is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at act.3 since August 2021, with responsibilities spanning the entire HR lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and HR reporting. Previously held the roles of Junior HR Manager and Intern Human Resources at act.3, contributing to the rollout of the HR management tool Personio and collaborating on day-to-day operations. Prior experience includes interning at Vitesco Technologies and working as a student at Siemens, focused on process optimization and project budgeting, respectively. Julian Fuchs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, alongside pilot training from Lufthansa Aviation Training and an engineering degree from Siemens Technik Akademie Erlangen.
