Lilia Neidiger is currently working as a Global Jr. Project Manager at act.3 for adidas Runners Global. Prior to this, Lilia gained experience as a Researcher in the Data Team at Tonka Communications and as a Business Development intern at Virtuagym. Lilia holds a Master's degree in Environment & Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sport management & Economics from Friedrich Schiller University Jena. Additionally, Lilia completed a minor in Geo Information (GIS) at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
