Bhushan Dhade has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bhushan began their career as a Summer Intern at Pfizer India Limited in 2009. Following that, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at Tata Docomo from May 2010 to December 2011. Bhushan then joined Idea Cellular Ltd as a Product Manager for mobile broadband from December 2011 to July 2013. After that, they served as the Product Head for Co-Branded Credit Cards at ICICI Bank from July 2013 to December 2015. Bhushan then moved to Bharti Airtel, where they held the positions of Head of Go To Market Strategy from January 2016 to October 2017, and DGM of National Propositions from October 2017 to October 2018. Currently, they work as the Business Head for Enterprise at ACT FIBERNET, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Business Head for Communities at ACT FIBERNET from October 2018 to October 2020.
From 2008 to 2010, Bhushan Dhade attended Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), where they pursued a Master's in Management Studies (MMS) with a focus on Marketing.
