Madhusmita Panthaky

Madhusmita Panthaky has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Madhusmita began their career in 2004 as a Team Member in HR at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Madhusmita then joined Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited in 2010 as an AGM in HR. In 2011, they started working at ICICI Bank as a Chief Manager. During their time at ICICI Bank, their roles included being part of the Learning & Development team, where they were responsible for service delivery of training programs and MIS & Analytics. Madhusmita also served as the Chief Manager and Recruitment Head for the AP and East zone, managing recruitment for various business groups and conducting HR research projects. In 2020, Madhusmita Panthaky joined ACT FIBERNET as the HR Head for TG.

Madhusmita Panthaky completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology (Honors) from Sambalpur University during the years 1998 to 2001. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on HR/Marketing at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar).
