Diana Altchech is a seasoned M&A Advisor with extensive experience at ACT Capital Advisors since April 2006, previously known as ACT Consultants, where the focus is on assisting business owners in realizing their goals of selling their companies by determining business value and advising on sale structure and terms. As the President of Direct Results ADV. LLC. since January 2002, Diana specializes in marketing and sales consulting for family-owned and privately held companies positioning them for sale. Additional experience includes serving as a Parent at Mudville from 2011 to 2012 and holding the role of Senior Account Manager at Alaska Airlines Magazine from 1986 to 2002. Diana holds a degree from California State University-Long Beach in Business, completed between 1980 and 1984.
