Colin Crooks

Colin Crooks is the Chief Executive Officer of ACT Group, an environmental solutions partner focused on decarbonization and environmental impact measurement, reduction, mitigation, monitoring, and disclosure. ACT’s revenues exceeded 5.5 billion Euros in the fiscal year ending March 2023. They have held leadership and governance roles including Board Chair at Sonnen Group (2020–2023) and Shell Energy Retail Ltd (2020–2023), as well as Non-Executive Director roles at FuelsEurope (2014–2018) and Shell Deutschland GMBH (2015–2023). They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London in 1992.
