Katie Choi

Katie (BEc, LLB, LLM, GradDipAppFin, GAICD, FGIA, FCIS) is a senior legal advisor with over 25 years of experience in the legal and financial services industry, advising management and business teams on investment transactions, risk and compliance, corporate governance, project management, and regulatory issues. She has served on the boards of various not-for-profit organizations.

Katie received her Bachelor of Laws degree and Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney and has a Master of Laws degree from the University of London.

Katie is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.
