The recently formed Solutions team is led by Director Al Perez. In the role of the Solutions Director Al has influence over a broad range of multidisciplinary business elements. With over 15 years of industry experience, Al brings the leadership to the team that creates the ACT solution architecture, systems methodology, product advancements and ensures the quality of their professional services, internal and external. Having built a reputation on customer service Al keeps the focus for his team and the entire ACT organization focus on service and customer satisfaction. Not only does Al deliver on his promises of optimized customer outcomes, he knows how to properly measure and skillfully communicate the results. A true customer advocate and ACT leader working in a continuous improvement environment.
