Daniel Nguyen has extensive experience in legal and policy roles, primarily within the Attorney-General's Department and the Australian Human Rights Commission. Currently serving as a Director (A/g) at the Attorney-General's Department since February 2019, Daniel previously held positions as a Senior Legal Officer and Senior Adviser, engaging with issues related to human rights, international law, and emergency management. Daniel’s educational background includes a Master of Laws in International Law and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The Australian National University, as well as a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
