Terri Shaffer

Terri Shaffer has extensive experience in workforce issues, specializing in employee relocation and workforce mobility. Currently, they serve as a management and program analyst for the General Services Administration’s Employee Relocation Resource Center, providing vital support to Federal agencies. Previously, Terri worked as a senior consultant, program analyst, and manager for various organizations, demonstrating strong expertise in process improvement, project management, and relationship building. They also held a senior role at a non-profit organization, focusing on marketing and membership development. Terri earned a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.
