Andy Porter

Andy Porter has a diverse work experience. Andy started as a Customer Success Manager at Act-On Software, Inc. in 2012 and later became a Senior Support Engineer. Andy then transitioned into the role of Product Specialist/Sales Engineer, where they earned several awards and qualifications. Andy subsequently became a Manager and later a Senior Manager of Sales Engineers. Finally, Andy held the positions of Director and Senior Director of Worldwide Sales Engineering at the same company. Prior to their time at Act-On Software, Inc., they worked as an Operations Specialist at U.S. Bank, and before that, as an Editorial Assistant at UC Davis Center for Environmental Health Sciences.

Andy Porter earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Comparative Literature from the University of California, Davis, from 2000 to 2008. Following that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from California State University-Sacramento, from 2008 to 2011. Andy Porter also holds a certification in Understanding and Supporting ADHD Colleagues in the Workplace from LinkedIn, obtained in 2022.
