Changhua Rich

Changhua Rich is an experienced professional in international economics with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Rich served as the Senior Program Director for International and Principal Research Scientist at ACT from January 2015 to June 2023. Prior to this role, Rich was with CTB/McGraw-Hill as Research Director for Asia and Senior Research Scientist from January 2000 to December 2014. Additionally, Rich held the position of Assistant Professor of Economics at St. Lawrence University from September 1998 to May 1999, specializing in Environmental Economics. Rich earned a Ph.D. in International Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, between January 1992 and January 1998.
