Lori Schrimshaw Becker, SHRM-CP, has a robust background in human resources and HRIS, currently serving as a Sr HR Systems Analyst for the Talent Strategy team at ACT since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lori worked as an HRIS Analyst II at Signode, a leading transit-packaging provider, and as a Human Resources/HRIS Specialist and Talent Acquisition professional at Colonial Group, a major privately held company in the U.S. Lori's extensive experience includes technical recruiting and compliance oversight in previous positions at Gulfstream Aerospace, Memorial Health, Wintellect, and MCS Recruitment. Lori holds a BS in Computer Technology from Purdue University and a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
