Amanda Smith

Amanda Smith is currently the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations and Strategy in Field Services at ACT Power Services, where responsibilities include deepening client relationships and bridging commercial strategy with execution. Previously, Amanda served as Sr. Director of Operations at Pine Gate Renewables, overseeing operations and maintenance of solar assets. Prior roles include Director of Operations and Maintenance and Control Room Supervisor at National Renewable Energy Corporation, as well as Renewable Energy Monitor/Operator at Duke Energy Corporation. Amanda also contributed to public relations as an intern at Centralina Council of Governments and worked as a real estate agent in North and South Carolina. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Energy Management from Franklin University and an Associate’s Degree in Sustainability Studies from Central Piedmont Community College.
