Mehdi Cherqaoui

Mehdi Cherqaoui has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Mehdi currently serves as the President of ACT1 Federal. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer of Avantus Federal and the Managing Partner of MC Capital LLC. Mehdi also held the position of CFO at Applied Insight, LLC and served as the COO & CFO at Phacil, Inc. Mehdi has experience in various senior finance roles, including as the VP of Finance and M&A at PAE, the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at URS Corporation, and as a Director in Transaction Services M&A at KPMG US. Mehdi began their career at PwC, where they worked as a Manager in Transaction Services M&A.

Mehdi Cherqaoui completed a DUT in Business Administration with a focus on General studies at Aix-Marseille University from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Corporate Finance at Toulouse Business School from 1998 to 2001.
