Corine Visscher

Corine Visscher served as an associate professor, professor, and director of the dental school at ACTA from May 2012 to December 2017, focusing on Orofacial Physiotherapy and the management of chronic orofacial pain. Prior experience includes roles as Department Chair of Oral Kinesiology at KNGF from 2005 to 2010, where Corine was also a jury member and president for the 'Jaco den Dekker scriptieprijs', and as a lecturer in Temporomandibular Disorders at Hogeschool INHOLLAND from 1996 to 2009. Corine's academic journey includes a PhD in Dentistry from the University of Amsterdam, an MSc in Epidemiology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
