Akshay Rindhe

Akshay Rindhe is a Design Engineer with a broad background in engineering design, currently working at Actalent since September 2024. Previously, Akshay held a Design Engineer position at Sphinx Worldbiz Limited from January 2023 to September 2024, focusing on the design and development of BIW fixtures, grippers, and material handling tools, utilizing Catia V5 and Siemens NX. Before that, Akshay served as a Junior Design Engineer at DAMCO ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, contributing to the design of BIW fixtures and structural parts for passenger cars while applying knowledge of welding technologies. Akshay's early experience includes an internship at Marathwada Auto Cluster in June 2019. Educationally, Akshay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering, completed in 2020.
