Caroline Studebaker

Caroline Studebaker is a Business Development Practice Lead at Actalent, where since June 2021, focus has been on supporting the aerospace and defense business by building partnerships and providing talent solutions. Prior to this, Caroline served as an Account Manager at Actalent, specializing in business development within the power utility industry. Caroline's earlier experience includes roles as an Energy Account Manager and Energy Recruiter at Aerotek, concentrating on the Gas and Electric Power Industry, as well as an Event Coordinator at Impulse Events. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from Miami University, complemented by minors in Spanish and General Business.
