John Gibbons

John Gibbons has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Forensic Specimen Accessioner at Actalent since September 2025, John previously worked as a Freelance Designer for Make-A-Wish Minnesota, where the focus was on developing an inventory app for volunteers. Prior to that, at Homie from May 2017 to November 2025, John was a Listing Coordinator, which sparked an interest in the tech sector and led to a transition into UX/UI Design and Research. Earlier experiences include conducting ecological field research at Brigham Young University and serving as a Researcher with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. John's professional journey also includes a role as a Wilderness Therapy Trail Walker with the Anasazi Foundation, where guidance was provided to troubled youth in wilderness settings. Gibbons holds a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology from Brigham Young University.
