Tom Neils

Tom Neils is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in managing projects related to the manufacture of cryogenic, amine, fractionation, and mechanical refrigeration plants. Currently serving as a Project Management Supervisor at Actalent since April 2023, Tom has held various project management roles at notable companies including Sulzer and EASi. Previous experience includes serving as a Sr. Project Manager at Exterran and Lead Project Manager at Honeywell UOP Russell, where Tom oversaw project schedules, equipment vendors, and contractor management. Tom also worked as a Consulting Engineer at 3-D Environmental, prepared environmental assessments for oil and gas facilities, and managed teams at Tulsa Engineering Alliance. Tom began a career in engineering at Williams / WilTel / Level 3 Communications, focusing on data, voice, and video equipment installations. Tom holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
