Veronica Adewodu

Veronica Adewodu is a seasoned financial reporting professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Reporting (Corporate Controller) at Actalent since June 2021, Veronica previously held the position of Controller for Financial Reporting and Accounting at Allegis Global Solutions from May 2017 to June 2021, along with the role of Accounting Manager. Prior to this, a significant tenure at FTI Consulting as a Senior Accountant focused on Revenue Recognition spanned from September 2013 to May 2017. Veronica's career began at KPMG, where roles included Senior Associate and Audit Associate from 2009 until September 2013. Veronica holds a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
