Max Hoge Nicolas

Max Hoge Nicolas has a diverse work experience.

- Max began their career as a Student Helper at Hoge & Kollegen in 2008 and also had a brief role as an Intern at Building Authority of Passau in 2012.

- From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Intern at Dr. Duvigneau & Scholz.

- In 2015, they joined RA-MICRO Hamburg GmbH as a Sales Representative, responsible for acquiring and maintaining customers in northern Germany until May 2018. Max then became a Managing Director, leading a team of up to 14 employees. Max'sresponsibilities included advising clients, developing digitization strategies, and optimizing workflows. Max held this role until August 2022.

- From 2016 to 2022, Max also worked at AdvoLead GmbH, where they served as a Project Manager and later became a Managing Director. Max'sduties included customer support, product development, and establishing the Iso Manual 9001:2015 as an online manual.

- Currently, Max Hoge Nicolas is the Director of Business Development at Actaport, starting from April 2023.

Max Hoge Nicolas attended AKAD University from 2022 to 2023, where they studied Experte Digital Leadership. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Rechtswissenschaften (law) from Universität Passau, attended from 2008 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a Microsoft Licensing Professional Zertifikat from SFC Software for Companies GmbH in June 2020, a BBB - Business Building Basics certification from BEITRAINING in September 2019, and a Technikerschulung RA-MICRO und DictaNet certification from RA-MICRO in March 2017.
