Khalil Fares

Khalil Fares is an experienced IVR Developer and QC Support professional currently employed at ACTEL since February 2016, where responsibilities include editing IVR application scripts, developing applications, designing databases, monitoring platform health, troubleshooting bugs, and providing technical support for computer systems. Previous experience includes a role as a Support Engineer at Apliman, addressing customer issues remotely and implementing VAS services, as well as serving as a Technical and Costing Manager at ARCLIGHT ALLIANCE, focusing on client relationships and project management. Khalil's academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Communication & Electronics from Beirut Arab University, completed in 2012.
