Joost Vervoort

Joost Vervoort is an experienced project manager and solution developer currently employed at Actemium Nederland since August 2011, where responsibilities include leading design and realization of projects in production logistics automation, and software and system integration. Vervoort has held various managerial roles, focusing on Order Picking Solutions as well as WMS/WES/WCS projects. Previous experience includes positions as Project Leader/Lead Engineer and MES Consultant at Actemium, and as an Application Engineer for Independent Consulting. An academic background includes teaching and research at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, complemented by a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Systems Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology. Vervoort also has a background in software development, having owned ICéPé software.
