James Derrick

James Derrick has a diverse work experience in various industries. James is currently the President/Owner of DAC Technologies Inc, which specializes in Controls, Automation, and Integration for different sectors such as Food & Beverage, Automotive, Chemical, Petro Chemical, and Pharma. In this role, they have established strong customer relationships and also offers emergency services. Prior to this, James worked as a Control Design Engineer at Outbound Technologies. James also held the position of Instrumentation Eng at Vertellus for almost 9 years. Furthermore, they worked as an Instrumentation Technician at CC Contracting and served as an M1A1 Tank Systems Engineer in the US Army.

James Derrick has a diverse education history. James started their education at the US Army in 1999, where they pursued Electromechanical Instrumentation and Maintenance Technologies/Technicians. After completing their time in the army, they enrolled at TSTC Waco in 2000 and obtained an Associate's degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician in 2002. In 2003, they attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, focusing on Electrical and Electronics Engineering for a year. From 2012 to 2016, James pursued a degree in electrical engineering at The University of North Dakota.
