Andy Gilreath

Andy Gilreath currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Innovation at Actera since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at L'Oréal from March 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing the development of various makeup products as Group Leader in both the R&I Makeup Indie Lab and the Makeup R&I Face Lab. Additionally, Gilreath worked as a Senior Chemist at NeoStrata Company and engaged in skincare formulation and development across several roles from October 2011 to March 2016. Earlier experience includes a position as a Prestige Consultant at ULTA from January 2008 to September 2011. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Penn State University. Currently, Gilreath mentors students through the Careers in Cosmetics program at the Eberly College of Science at Penn State University.
