Daniel Winn

Daniel Winn is an accomplished professional in the personal care and cosmetics industry with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the President of Actera Ingredients since October 2017, Daniel previously held the position of CEO at ieS LABO from September 2015 to August 2016, specializing in extracts and botanicals for cosmetics. Prior to this, Daniel was the Executive Vice President for Personal Care at INOLEX, managing P&L and overseeing critical functions such as sales, marketing, and operations, while also leading a successful acquisition of ieS LABO. Daniel's career includes roles in sales and marketing at PharmaCore, BASF, and Rhodia, as well as a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, respectively.
