Roisin Kelly

Roisin Kelly is a Principal Consultant at Actica Consulting since March 2023, previously serving as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Digital from November 2019 to March 2023. Roisin's extensive experience at HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) from February 2011 to November 2019 includes roles as a Business Change Manager, where business and technology change activities were executed for the national rollout of the Common Platform system, among other positions such as Deputy Service Manager and Junior Project Manager. Roisin began her career as an Analysis, Performance and Reporting Officer and rose through various administrative roles. Roisin holds a Master's degree in Twentieth Century British History and a Bachelor's degree in History, both from Queen Mary University of London.
