Tim Warren serves as the Director for Government and Public Sector at Actica Consulting since October 2023. Previously, Tim functioned as an Associate Partner at Atos from January 2020 to September 2023, leading digital transformation consulting for various public sector areas, including defense and law enforcement. Tim also held the position of Head of Consulting & Advisory Services at BMT from 2006 until January 2020, managing a team of over 90 consultants while overseeing significant annual turnover. Earlier roles include interim Operations Director at BMT Hi-Q Sigma, Principal Consultant specializing in project management, and Risk Management Consultant for Ulysses Ltd. Tim began a career in business analysis with Accenture and gained managerial experience at C&J Inns. Tim Warren earned a BA Hons in Business Studies from De Montfort University between 1995 and 1998.
