Alexandra Putman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and customer success. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Actifile Advocate at Actifile since March 2022, Alexandra focuses on promoting a unique cybersecurity solution. Additionally, Alexandra owns a vacation rental property in the Finger Lakes, New York. As President and CEO of ARP Solutions, LLC, Alexandra leads a firm specializing in cybersecurity consulting, having previously held similar roles at Integrated Enterprise Solutions, Inc. from 1998 to 2021. Alexandra's early career includes a significant position as a Senior Software Engineer at IBM from 1984 to 1999, where contributions were made to the NIIIP program. Alexandra's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Smith College.
