Alen Kuo began their career in 2005 as a Regional Manager for Actify, Inc. In the same year, they were promoted to Regional Sales Manager at Actify Inc.

Alen Kuo obtained a Bachelor's degree from Cheng Shiu University between 1982 and 1987.
