Sara Miao

Sara Miao has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sara currently holds the position of Director of Project Management & Medical Affairs at Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. which they started in May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Clinical Development at the same company from June 2018 to April 2021.

Before joining Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Sara worked as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Rocket Pharmaceuticals from November 2016 to August 2017. Sara also gained significant experience at Novartis, where they held the role of Clinical Trial Head from April 2004 to October 2016.

Sara's earlier career included roles at Immunomedics as a Sr. Clinical Research Associate from July 2002 to March 2004, at Organon as a Clinical Research Associate 2 from October 2001 to June 2002, at Kendle as a Sr. Clinical Research Associate from July 1998 to September 2001, and at ACER/Excel as a Sr. Clinical Research Associate from November 1994 to June 1998.

Sara Miao earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Brandeis University from 1990 to 1994. Sara also completed an eMBA in International Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 2006 to 2008.
